In October of 2013 I delivered a lecture on the extent of the atonement at Liberty University.
I addressed two key biblical passages: Isaiah 53 and 1 Corinthians 15:1-11. The lecture seeks to demonstrate that the Bible affirms Christ died for the sins of all people. I explain why these texts cannot be interpreted to teach limited atonement. I also talk about some of the exegetical, theological, and logical problems with limited atonement.
The lecture is about 55 minutes in length.
At the end of the lecture, there is a 30 minute Q&A session with students that is very interesting.

Thanks for posting, Dr. Allen! I really enjoyed the explanation of Paul’s preaching in 1 Corinthians 15 and the negative practical implications of the doctrine of limited atonement. Thanks again!
